Understanding the Branch Dashboard

The Branch Dashboard is the operational interface used by authorized staff at an Xnvia Branch.

It provides access to the services and features enabled for that particular location.

Depending on your Branch configuration, the dashboard allows you to:

• Access available financial services.
• Execute supported customer transactions.
• Review transaction information and activity.
• Access permitted operational features.

The features displayed in your dashboard depend on your assigned user role, permissions and Corporate account settings.

Each authorized operator must access the platform using their own login credentials.

If an expected feature is unavailable, contact your Branch Manager or Corporate administrator to verify your permissions.
